WGSA Global Logistics ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through the WGSA ERP and client portal, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Data we collect
Account information you provide when requesting access (name, business email, phone, company name, country, city), shipment and quotation data you submit through the portal, and usage logs generated as you use the platform.
How we use it
To process your access request, provide freight-forwarding and logistics services, communicate with you about shipments and invoices, and operate and secure the platform.
Sharing
We share data with carriers, agents, and customs brokers only as needed to fulfil your shipments. We do not sell your data.
Security
Access is role-based and audited. Your data is protected by authentication, row-level security, and encrypted storage.
