By signing in to or requesting access to the WGSA ERP or client portal, you agree to these terms.
Access
Access is granted only after approval by an authorised WGSA user. We may suspend or revoke access at any time. Your account is personal — do not share your credentials.
Use of the platform
You agree to use the platform for legitimate business purposes, to provide accurate shipment and company information, and not to misuse or attempt to access data you are not authorised to view.
Quotations & invoices
Quotations issued through the portal are subject to validity periods and terms stated on each quotation. Invoices are payable per the terms stated on each invoice.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, WGSA Global Logistics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
